Shipping Information

If you are located in St.Louis , MO pickup may be available please review our shipping methods to receive an estimated timeframe of the delivery of your package. We recommend booking your hair appointment with these time frames in mind, we will not issue refunds because of late arrivals. 

Standard Shipping (3-5 BUSINESS DAYS) - 14.50$ 

Expedited Shipping (1-2 BUSINESS DAYS) - 21.50$

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

During all major holidays and sales processing times will be increased to 3-7 business days due to high volume of orders. With the exclusion of US federal holidays, we still ship Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to process if available on hand, if it's a preorder please allow 2-3 business days for processing. 

Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an address other than the billing address may cause shipping delays, as we MUST be sure to verify the information. LuxuryHairBox has the right to decline an order and issue a refund at our sole option.
